Membership Application Instructions

If you already have Adobe Acrobat then just download the application, then open and print it.   Mail it to the indicated address with your check.

If you don't have Acrobat, follow these instructions:

1. Visit the Adobe download section.   Follow the instructions there to download and install your free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2. Download our membership application.
3. Open the application.   If you double click the downloaded membership application it should automatically open in Acrobat.
4. Print the application.
5. Mail to the indicated address with your check.
